Where do you deliver?+
We deliver across all eight divisions of Bangladesh. Dhaka delivery is ৳70 and is complimentary on orders over ৳2,000. Delivery to other divisions is ৳130.
Can you personalize a gift?+
Selected pieces can be engraved with a name, date, or short message. Submit a custom gift request and tell us what you have in mind.
How long does a custom order take?+
Timing depends on the item and quantity. Our studio will confirm the design proof and an estimated schedule before crafting begins.
What payment methods can I use?+
Cash on delivery is available. Online card and mobile financial service payments are available only when SSLCommerz credentials have been configured by the store.
How do I care for wooden gifts?+
Keep wooden pieces dry, away from prolonged direct sunlight, and dust with a soft cloth. Grain and shade naturally vary from piece to piece.
